1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and scheduling services with Optima Home Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Estimates

Estimates provided over the phone are non-binding ranges based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed upon on-site inspection. Unforeseen structural issues (e.g., hidden rot or mold) may alter the final cost.

3. Cancellations

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on labor. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or acts of nature.
